Why we do not have a Phone number at our contact us page?

Our customers have told us they're most satisfied with their support experiences when they get an answer which is quick, comprehensible, and accurate. Based on our previous experiences and customer inputs, email support best achieves these objectives. If you have purchased our product and didn't get registration email yet:

We would send you download URL and Registration code at your email address. If you did not receive the email please check that it has not been SPAM-filtered at your end before you email us. If you are using anti-spam software then you can add our email address in your 'safe list' so you can make sure that you get our registration mail on time.

If you have lost registration email or registration key or want to download Full version again.

Please email us with order # which you got when you registered it. That'll help us to give you Priority Email support very fast. If you don't have order # then please mail us from the email address which you used at time of your purchase with your name.
